Is this gambling?
No. We operate a Prize Competition, not a lottery. Every entrant must answer a skill-based question, meaning the outcome is not purely chance-based.
How do I enter?
Select a competition, answer the skill question correctly, and then purchase your ticket(s).
How is the winner selected?
From all eligible entries, a random draw — either live or via a verified RNG — determines the winner.
How will I know if I won?
Winners are notified by email or phone within 72 hours of the draw.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver UK-wide. Some items may require ID upon delivery depending on the prize.
What if a competition doesn’t sell enough tickets?
We may extend the competition. If it cannot run, all entrants will receive a full refund — no hassle.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only issued if a competition is cancelled.
Can I buy multiple tickets?
Yes, as long as you answered the skill-based question correctly.
Are draws live-streamed?
Many of them are! If a draw is live, we will state this clearly on the competition page.
